dt-bindings: drop redundant part of title (end)

The Devicetree bindings document does not have to say in the title that it is a "Devicetree binding", but instead just describe the hardware. dt-bindings: Explicitly allow additional properties in board/SoC schemas

In order to add meta-schema checks for additional/unevaluatedProperties being present, all schema need to make this explicit. As the top-level board/SoC schemas always have additional properties, add 'additionalProperties: true'. dt-bindings: Clean-up schema indentation formatting

Fix various inconsistencies in schema indentation. Most of these are list indentation which should be 2 spaces more than the start of the enclosing keyword. This doesn't matter functionally, but affects running scripts which do transforms on the schema files.
