<title>ata: make transfer mode masks *unsigned int*</title>

The packed transfer mode masks and also the {pio|mwdma|udma}_mask fields
of *struct*s ata_device and ata_port_info are declared as *unsigned long*
(which is a 64-bit type on 64-bit architectures) but actually the packed
masks occupy only 20 bits (7 PIO modes, 5 MWDMA modes, and 8 UDMA modes)
and the PIO/MWDMA/UDMA masks easily fit into just 8 bits each, so we can
safely use (always 32-bit) *unsigned int* variables instead. This saves
745 bytes of object code in libata-core.o alone, not to mention LLDDs...

Add SPDX license identifiers to all files which:

 - Have no license information of any form

 - Have MODULE_LICENCE("GPL*") inside which was used in the initial

These files fall under the project license, GPL v2 only. The resulting SPDX

<title>ata: use CONFIG_PM_SLEEP instead of CONFIG_PM where applicable in host drivers</title>

<id>urn:sha1:58eb8cd565af4a104395e3c10443951c1f73dafe</id>

This patch fixes host drivers to use CONFIG_PM_SLEEP instead of CONFIG_PM
where applicable. Benefits of this change:

* unused code is not being compiled in for CONFIG_PM=y, CONFIG_PM_SLEEP=n
  and CONFIG_PM_RUNTIME=y configurations

* easier transition to use struct dev_pm_ops and SIMPLE_DEV_PM_OPS() in
  the future

* more consistent code (there are host drivers which are using the correct
  CONFIG_PM_SLEEP checks already)

The patch leaves the core libata code and -&gt;port_[suspend,resume] support
in sata_[inic162x,nv,sil24].c alone for now.

<title>ata: delete non-required instances of include &lt;linux/init.h&gt;</title>

None of these files are actually using any __init type directives
and hence don't need to include &lt;linux/init.h&gt;. Most are just a
left over from __devinit and __cpuinit removal, or simply due to
code getting copied from one driver to the next.

Use the wrapper function for getting the driver data using pci_dev
instead of using dev_get_drvdata() with &amp;pdev-&gt;dev, so we can directly
pass a struct pci_dev. This is a purely cosmetic change.

This patch converts the drivers in drivers/ata/* to use module_pci_driver()
macro which makes the code smaller and a bit simpler.

This pushes timing and other values into preinitialized read-only data
sections rather than being inlined into the code. None of these
functions are called more than a handful of times, so reducing code size
makes sense.
