Clean up the existing export namespace code along the same lines of commit 33def8498fdd ("treewide: Convert macro and uses of __section(foo) to __section("foo")") and for the same reason, it is not desired for the namespace argument to be a macro expansion itself. create_pmem_region_store() and create_ram_region_store() are identical with the exception of the region mode. With the addition of DC region mode this would end up being 3 copies of the same code. Refactor create_pmem_region_store() and create_ram_region_store() to use a single common function to be used in subsequent DC code. The event buffer does not need to be allocated if something has failed in setting up event irq's. sysfs: treewide: constify attribute callback of bin_is_visible()

The is_bin_visible() callbacks should not modify the struct bin_attribute passed as argument. Enforce this by marking the argument as const.
