media: coda: Use platform_get_irq() to get the interrupt

platform_get_resource(pdev, IORESOURCE_IRQ, ..) relies on static allocation of IRQ resources in DT core code, this causes an issue when using hierarchical interrupt domains using "interrupts" property in the node as this bypasses the hierarchical setup and messes up the irq chaining. Stop the CODA960 JPEG encoder from overflowing capture buffers. The bitstream buffer overflow interrupt doesn't seem to be connected, so this has to be handled via timeout instead. media: coda: fix frame_mem_ctrl for YUV420 and YVU420 formats

The frame memory control register value is currently determined before userspace selects the final capture format and never corrected. Update ctx->frame_mem_ctrl in __coda_start_decoding() to fix decoding into YUV420 or YVU420 capture buffers.
