The "Untangling ima mess, part 2 with counters" patch messed up the counters. Based on conversations with Al Viro, this patch streamlines ima_path_check() by removing the counter maintaince. The counters are now updated independently, from measuring the file, in __dentry_open() and alloc_file() by calling ima_counts_get(). ima_path_check() is called from nfsd and do_filp_open(). It also did not measure all files that should have been measured. Reason: ima_path_check() got bogus value passed as mask. libata: fix ata_id_logical_per_physical_sectors

The value we get from the low byte of the ATA_ID_SECTOR_SIZE word is not not a plain multiple, but the log of it, so fix the helper to give the correct answer. Without this we'll get an incorrect minimal I/O size in the block limits VPD page for 4k sector drives. Getting it is not used, let's drop support for notifications about (un)registered events from connector. Another option was to check credentials on receiving, but we can always restore it without bugs if needed, but genetlink has a wider code base and none complained, that userspace can not get notification when some other clients were (un)registered.
