libfdt: prefix header search paths with $(srctree)/

Currently, the Kbuild core manipulates header search paths in a crazy way [1]. To fix this mess, I want all Makefiles to add explicit $(srctree)/ to the search paths in the srctree. Some Makefiles are already written in that way, but not all. The goal of this work is to make the notation consistent, and finally get rid of the gross hacks. Very simple radix tree implementation that supports storing arbitrary size entries, up to PAGE_SIZE - upcoming patches will convert existing flex_array users to genradixes. The new genradix code has a much simpler API and implementation, and doesn't have a hard limit on the number of elements like flex_array does. Add check for the return value of memblock_alloc*() functions and call panic() in case of error. The panic message repeats the one used by panicing memblock allocators with adjustment of parameters to include only relevant ones.
