<title>ipv6: add complete rcu protection around np-&gt;opt</title>

This patch addresses multiple problems :

UDP/RAW sendmsg() need to get a stable struct ipv6_txoptions
while socket is not locked : Other threads can change np-&gt;opt
concurrently. Dmitry posted a syzkaller
(http://github.com/google/syzkaller) program desmonstrating
use-after-free.

Starting with TCP/DCCP lockless listeners, tcp_v6_syn_recv_sock()
and dccp_v6_request_recv_sock() also need to use RCU protection
to dereference np-&gt;opt once (before calling ipv6_dup_options())

This patch adds full RCU protection to np-&gt;opt

There is a small chance that tunnel_free() is called before tunnel-&gt;del_work scheduled
resulting in a zero pointer dereference.

When creating a IP encapsulated tunnel the necessary l2tp module
should be loaded. It already works for UDP encapsulation, it just
doesn't work for direct IP encap.

It should not be necessary to do explicit module loading when
configuring L2TP. Modules should be loaded as needed instead
(as is done already with netlink and other tunnel types).

This patch adds a new module alias type and code to load
the sub module on demand.

<title>net: Modify sk_alloc to not reference count the netns of kernel sockets.</title>

Now that sk_alloc knows when a kernel socket is being allocated modify
it to not reference count the network namespace of kernel sockets.

Keep track of if a socket needs reference counting by adding a flag to
struct sock called sk_net_refcnt.

Update all of the callers of sock_create_kern to stop using
sk_change_net and sk_release_kernel as those hacks are no longer
needed, to avoid reference counting a kernel socket.

In preparation for changing how struct net is refcounted
on kernel sockets pass the knowledge that we are creating
a kernel socket from sock_create_kern through to sk_alloc.

This is long overdue, and is part of cleaning up how we allocate kernel
sockets that don't reference count struct net.

Conflicts:
	drivers/net/ethernet/mellanox/mlx4/cmd.c
	net/core/fib_rules.c
	net/ipv4/fib_frontend.c

The fib_rules.c and fib_frontend.c conflicts were locking adjustments
in 'net' overlapping addition and removal of code in 'net-next'.

The mlx4 conflict was a bug fix in 'net' happening in the same
place a constant was being replaced with a more suitable macro.
