x86/vdso: Fix vDSO syscall fallback asm constraint regression

When I added the missing memory outputs, I failed to update the index of the first argument (ebx) on 32-bit builds, which broke the fallbacks. Somehow I must have screwed up my testing or gotten lucky. Add another test to cover gettimeofday() as well. Now that the vDSO implementation of clock_gettime() is getting reworked, add a selftest for it. This tests that its output is consistent with the syscall version. 'error' variable is left uninitialized in case we see an unknown operation. As we don't immediately return and proceed to pwrite() we need to set it to something, HV_E_FAIL sounds good enough. selftests/powerpc: Fix Makefiles for headers_install change

Commit b2d35fa5fc80 ("selftests: add headers_install to lib.mk") introduced a requirement that Makefiles more than one level below the selftests directory need to define top_srcdir, but it didn't update any of the powerpc Makefiles.
