Pull EDAC updates from Borislav Petkov:
- Altera: L2 cache and On-Chip RAM support (Thor Thayer).
- EDAC: Workqueue handling cleanups (Borislav Petkov).
- Xgene: Register bus error handling (Loc Ho).
