Merge tag 'loongarch-6.3' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/chenhuacai/linux-loongson
Pull LoongArch updates from Huacai Chen:
- Make -mstrict-align configurable
- Add kernel relocation and KASLR support
