Merge tag 'clk-meson-v5.11-1' of https://github.com/BayLibre/clk-meson into clk-amlogic
Pull Amlogic clk driver updates from Jerome Brunet:
- Add MIPI DSI clocks for axg and g12
- Make it possible to build controllers as modules
- Fix Video PLL clock dependency
