Merge branch 'sched-urgent-for-linus' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/tip/tip
Pull scheduler fixes from Thomas Gleixner:
"From the scheduler departement:
- a bunch of sched deadline related fixes which deal with various
buglets and corner cases.
- two fixes for the loadavg spikes which are caused by the delayed
NOHZ accounting"
