2022-04-20ARM: dts: omap: align SPI NOR node name with dtschemaKrzysztof Kozlowski
The node names should be generic and SPI NOR dtschema expects "flash". Signed-off-by: Krzysztof Kozlowski <krzysztof.kozlowski@linaro.org> Link: https://lore.kernel.org/r/20220407143304.295610-1-krzysztof.kozlowski@linaro.org
2021-08-03ARM: dts: am57xx: Add PRUSS MDIO controller nodesSuman Anna
The PRUSSs on AM57xx SoCs contain an MDIO controller that can be used to control external PHYs associated with the Industrial Ethernet peripherals within each PRUSS. The MDIO module used within the PRU-ICSS is an instance of the MDIO Controller used in TI Davinci SoCs. The same bus frequency of 1 MHz is chosen as the regular MDIO node. The nodes are added in the common am57-pruss.dtsi file and enabled by default, but are disabled in all the existing AM57xx board dts files. These nodes need pinctrl lines, and so should be enabled only on boards where they are actually wired and pinned out for PRUSS Ethernet. Any new board dts file should disable these if they are not sure. Signed-off-by: Suman Anna <s-anna@ti.com> Signed-off-by: Andrew F. Davis <afd@ti.com> Signed-off-by: Tony Lindgren <tony@atomide.com>
2021-07-27ARM: dts: Add support for dra762 abz packageLokesh Vutla
dra762 abz package is pin compatible with dra742 and few peripherals like DDR with upgraded speed. Add dt support for this SoC. 2020-12-08ARM: dts: am574x-idk: add support for EMIF1 ECCTero Kristo
EMIF1 has ECC support, so add the DT node with address and interrupt details to handle this. Signed-off-by: Tero Kristo <t-kristo@ti.com> Signed-off-by: Tony Lindgren <tony@atomide.com>
2020-09-10ARM: dts: am57xx-idk: switch to new cpsw switch drvGrygorii Strashko
Switch all am571/2/4-idk boards to use new cpsw switch driver. Those boards have 2 Ext. port wired and configured in dual_mac mode by default. Hence, dual_mac mode has been preserved the same way between legacy and new driver it's safe to switch drivers. 2020-07-13Replace HTTP links with HTTPS ones: OMAP DEVICE TREE SUPPORTAlexander A. Klimov
Rationale: Reduces attack surface on kernel devs opening the links for MITM as HTTPS traffic is much harder to manipulate. Deterministic algorithm: For each file: If not .svg: For each line: If doesn't contain `\bxmlns\b`: For each link, `\bhttp://[^# \t\r\n]*(?:\w|/)`: If neither `\bgnu\.org/license`, nor `\bmozilla\.org/MPL\b`: If both the HTTP and HTTPS versions return 200 OK and serve the same content: Replace HTTP with HTTPS. 2020-04-21ARM: dts: am574x-idk: Disable m_can nodeFaiz Abbas
Since commit bcbb63b80284 ("ARM: dts: dra7: Separate AM57 dtsi files"), the m_can node was inherited from dra76x.dtsi but the IP is not connected on the idk board. Disable the node to reflect this. Signed-off-by: Faiz Abbas <faiz_abbas@ti.com> Signed-off-by: Tony Lindgren <tony@atomide.com>
2019-11-20ARM: dts: am571x-idk: enable for new cpsw switch dev driverGrygorii Strashko
Add DT nodes for new cpsw switchdev driver for am571x-idk board for now to enable testing of the new solution. Signed-off-by: Grygorii Strashko <grygorii.strashko@ti.com> Signed-off-by: David S. Miller <davem@davemloft.net>
2019-06-27ARM: dts: am57xx: Disable voltage switching for SD cardFaiz Abbas
If UHS speed modes are enabled, a compatible SD card switches down to 1.8V during enumeration. If after this a software reboot/crash takes place and on-chip ROM tries to enumerate the SD card, the difference in IO voltages (host @ 3.3V and card @ 1.8V) may end up damaging the card. The fix for this is to have support for power cycling the card in hardware (with a PORz/soft-reset line causing a power cycle of the card). Because the beaglebone X15 (rev A,B and C), am57xx-idks and am57xx-evms don't have this capability, disable voltage switching for these boards. The major effect of this is that the maximum supported speed mode is now high speed(50 MHz) down from SDR104(200 MHz). commit 88a748419b84 ("ARM: dts: am57xx-idk: Remove support for voltage switching for SD card") did this only for idk boards. Do it for all affected boards. Signed-off-by: Faiz Abbas <faiz_abbas@ti.com> Signed-off-by: Tony Lindgren <tony@atomide.com>
2019-04-12ARM: dts: dra7: Separate AM57 dtsi filesRoger Quadros
AM5 and DRA7 SoC families have different set of modules in them so the SoC sepecific dtsi files need to be separated. e.g. Some of the major differences between AM576 and DRA76 DRA76x AM576x USB3 x USB4 x ATL x VCP x MLB x ISS x PRU-ICSS1 x PRU-ICSS2 x This patch only deals with disabling USB3, USB4 and ATL for AM57 variants. 2018-05-03ARM: dts: am57xx-beagle-x15/am57xx-idk: Fix pinctrl-namesKishon Vijay Abraham I
The IO lines of MMC2 in am57xx-beagle-x15/am57xx-idk is connected to 3.3v. Use "ddr_3_3v" instead of "ddr_1_8v" to indicate DDR mode works in 3.3v on these boards. Signed-off-by: Kishon Vijay Abraham I <kishon@ti.com> Signed-off-by: Tony Lindgren <tony@atomide.com>
2018-05-03ARM: dts: am574x-idk: Add pinmux configuration for MMCSekhar Nori
Include dra76x-mmc-iodelay.dtsi which has pinmux and IODelay configuration values for the various MMC modes for am574x SoC and use it in the pinctrl properties of MMC devicetree nodes present in am574x-idk.dts. 2017-12-21ARM: dts: am57xx: Add support for am574x-idkLokesh Vutla
