better into the new platform makefile scheme, if moved.

The typename member of struct irq_chip was kept for migration purposes
and is obsolete since more than 2 years. Fix up the leftovers.

The following patch add support for the NXP PNX833x SOC. More
specifically it adds support for the STB222/5 variant. It fixes
the vectored interrupt issue.
