On GFXIP9.4.3 APP APU where there is no dedicated VRAM domain handle
VRAM BO allocation requests on CPU domain and validate them on GTT.
Support for handling multi-socket and multi-numa partitions within a
socket will be added by future patches, this enables 1P NPS1 asic
bringup configuration.

[For 1P NPS1 mode driver bringup]
Changes required to initialize the amdgpu driver with frontdoor firmware
loading and discovery=2 with the native mode SBIOS that enables CPU GPU
unified interleaved memory.
sudo modprobe amdgpu discovery=2
Once PSP TMR region is reported via the ACPI interface, the dependency
on the ip_discovery.bin will be removed.
Choice of where to allocate driver table is given to each IP version. In
general, both GTT and VRAM domains will be considered. If one of the
tables has a strict restriction for VRAM domain, then only VRAM domain
is considered.

Introduce a new structure, kfd_node, which will now represent
a compute node. kfd_node is carved out of kfd_dev structure.
kfd_dev struct now will become the parent of kfd_node, and will
store common resources such as doorbells, GTT sub-alloctor etc.
kfd_node struct will store all resources specific to a compute
node, such as device queue manager, interrupt handling etc.
This is the first step in adding compute partition support in KFD.

Don't move DMABuf attachments for PCIe P2P mappings to the SYSTEM domain
when unmapping. This avoids triggering eviction fences unnecessarily.
Instead do the move to SYSTEM and back to GTT when mapping these
attachments to ensure the SG table gets updated after evictions.
This may still trigger unnecessary evictions if user mode unmaps and
remaps the same BO. However, this is unlikely in real applications.

If RAM direct map to one GPU, other GPUs can share the original

The same BO may need different MTYPEs and SNOOP flags in PTEs depending
on its current location relative to the mapping GPU. Setting MTYPEs from
clients ahead of time is not practical for coherent memory sharing.
Instead determine the correct MTYPE for the desired coherence model and
current BO location when updating the page tables.
To maintain backwards compatibility with MTYPE-selection in
AMDGPU_VA_OP_MAP, the coherence-model-based MTYPE selection is only
applied if it chooses an MTYPE other than MTYPE_NC (the default).
Add two AMDGPU_GEM_CREATE_... flags to indicate the coherence model. The
default if no flag is specified is non-coherent (i.e. coarse-grained
coherent at dispatch boundaries).
Update amdgpu_amdkfd_gpuvm.c to use this new method to choose the
correct MTYPE depending on the current memory location.

if it is evicted.
The special case is when turning a GFX VM to a compute VM,
if vm_update_mode changed, we should make sure root PD gets
mapped. So just map root PD after updating vm->update_funcs
in amdgpu_vm_make_compute whether the vm_update_mode changed
or not.
v3:
- Add some comments suggested by Christian.
v2:
- Don't rename vm_validate_pt_pd_bos and make it public.

Output user queue eviction and restore event. User queue eviction may be
triggered by svm or userptr MMU notifier, TTM eviction, device suspend
and CRIU checkpoint and restore.
User queue restore may be rescheduled if eviction happens again while

Starting with GFX11, MES requires wptr BOs to be GTT allocated/mapped to
GART for usermode queues in order to support oversubscription. In the
case that work is submitted to an unmapped queue, MES must have a GART
wptr address to determine whether the queue should be mapped.
This change is accompanied with changes in MES and is applicable for
MES_API_VERSION >= 2.
v3:
- Use amdgpu_vm_bo_lookup_mapping for wptr_bo mapping lookup
- Move wptr_bo refcount increment to amdgpu_amdkfd_map_gtt_bo_to_gart
- Remove list_del_init from amdgpu_amdkfd_map_gtt_bo_to_gart
- Cleanup/fix create_queue wptr_bo error handling
v4:
- Add MES version shift/mask defines to amdgpu_mes.h
- Change version check from MES_VERSION to MES_API_VERSION
- Add check in kfd_ioctl_create_queue before wptr bo pin/GART map to
ensure bo is a single page.

Add a new KFD ioctl to return the largest possible memory size that
can be allocated as a buffer object using
kfd_ioctl_alloc_memory_of_gpu. It attempts to use exactly the same
accept/reject criteria as that function so that allocating a new
buffer object of the size returned by this new ioctl is guaranteed to
succeed, barring races with other allocating tasks.
This IOCTL will be used by libhsakmt:

The kfd_bo_list is used to restore process BOs after
evictions. As page tables could be destroyed during
evictions, we should also update pinned BOs' page tables
during restoring to make sure they are valid.
So for pinned BOs,
1, Validate them and update their page tables.
2, Don't add eviction fence for them.
v2:
- Don't handle pinned ones specially in BO validation.(Felix)
