On A+A platform, vram can be mapped as WB. Not necessarily to always map vram as WC on such platform. Calling function arch_io_reserve_memtype_wc will mark the whole vram region as WC. So don't call it for A+A platform. Some newer APUs can scanout directly from GTT, that saves us from allocating another bounce buffer in VRAM and enables freesync in such configurations. Without this patch creating a framebuffer from the imported BO will fail and userspace will fall back to a copy. Based on an idea from Dave, but cleaned up a bit. We had multiple fields for essentially the same thing.
