Add connector debugfs entries to force the link rate/lane count to be
used by a link training afterwards. These settings will be clamped to
the supported, i.e. the source's and sink's common rate/lane count.
After forcing the link rate/lane count reset the link training
parameters and for a non-auto setting disable reducing the link
parameters via the fallback logic. The former one can be used after
testing link training failure scenarios - via debugfs entries added
later - to reset the reduced link parameters after the test.
v2:
- Add the entries from intel_dp_link_training.c (Jani)
- Rename the entries to i915_dp_set_link_rate/lane_count.
v3: (Ville)

Currently intel_connector_info(), which prints the per-connector
output for i915_display_info, just bails out early if the connector
doesn't have a current encoder. That leads to very confusing output
where some of your connected (and properly detected) outputs appear
to have no enumerated modes.
Get rid of the encoder stuff and just rely on the connector itself
so that the output is always consistent.

DSC_Sink_BPP_Precision entry is added to i915_dsc_fec_support_show
to depict sink's precision.
Also, new debugfs entry is created to enforce fractional bpp.
If Force_DSC_Fractional_BPP_en is set then while iterating over
output bpp with fractional step size we will continue if output_bpp is
computed as integer. With this approach, we will be able to validate
DSC with fractional bpp.

No one really cares how we store the shared_dplls. Currently
it happens to be an array, but we could change that to a more
flexible scheme at some point. Hide the implementation details
behind an iterator macro.
The slight downside is the pll variable moving out of the
loop scope, but maybe someday soon we'll start to convert
everything over to having declarations within for-statements...

There's no good reason to keep around this PLL index == PLL ID
footgun. Get rid of it.
Both i915->shared_dplls[] and state->shared_dpll[] are indexed
by the same thing now, which is just the index we get at
initialization from dpll_mgr->dpll_info[]. The rest is all about
PLL IDs now.
v2: Add pll->index to mimic drm_crtc & co.
Remove the comment saying ID should match the index
v3: s/i/pll->index/ in debugfs loop (Jani)

to_i915 is defined as
container_of(dev, struct drm_i915_private, drm);
So for a struct drm_device *dev, to_i915(dev)->drm is just dev. Simplify

Instead of mixing display & non-display stuff together, move
display specific clock info to new debugfs. This patch will
create a new debugfs "i915_cdclk_info" to expose Current & Max
cdclk and Max pixel clock frequency info.
Example:
$ cat /sys/kernel/debug/dri/0/i915_cdclk_info
Current CD clock frequency: 163200 kHz
Max CD clock frequency: 652800 kHz
Max pixel clock frequency: 1305600 kHz

- Move the logic to intel_cdclk.c (Jani)
- Don't remove info from i915_frequency_info (Jani)

DSC_Output_Format_Sink_Support entry is added to i915_dsc_fec_support_show
to depict if sink supports DSC output formats (RGB/YCbCr420/YCbCr444).
Also, new debugfs entry is created to enforce output format. This is
required because of our driver policy. For ex. if a mode is supported
in both RGB and YCbCr420 output formats by the sink, our policy is to
try RGB first and fall back to YCbCr420, if mode cannot be shown
using RGB. So, to test other output formats like YCbCr420 or YCbCr444,
we need a debugfs entry (force_dsc_output_format) to force this
output format.
v2: -Func name changed to intel_output_format_name() (Jani N)
-Return forced o/p format from intel_dp_output_format() (Jani N)
v3: -output_format_str[] to remain static (Jani N)
