Merge branches 'pm-opp' and 'pm-cpufreq-fixes'
* pm-opp: PM / OPP: Add 'UNKNOWN' status for shared_opp in struct opp_table * pm-cpufreq-fixes: cpufreq: intel_pstate: Adjust _PSS[0] freqeuency if needed
