wifi: rtw89: 8852c: disable PCI PHY EQ to improve compatibility
For adaption EQ circuit, this HW design and affected by EIEOS (Electrical
Idle Exit Order Set) amplitude from platform and process from IC, so
disable EQ to improve that.
