2015-01-22drm/nouveau: remove symlinks, move core/ to nvkm/ (no code changes)Ben Skeggs
The symlinks were annoying some people, and they're not used anywhere else in the kernel tree. The include directory structure has been changed so that symlinks aren't needed anymore. NVKM has been moved from core/ to nvkm/ to make it more obvious as to what the directory is for, and as some minor prep for when NVKM gets split out into its own module (virt) at a later date. 2014-03-26drm/gk20a/timer: initial implementationBen Skeggs
A bit different from NVIDIA's RFC patch, but I want this now for GM107. Signed-off-by: Ben Skeggs <bskeggs@redhat.com>

2013-09-04drm/nouveau/timer: add a way to cancel alarmsMartin Peres
Since alarms don't play well with suspend, it is important every alarm user cancels his tasks before suspending. The task should be rescheduled on resume. 2013-09-04drm/nouveau/timer: restore the time on resumeMartin Peres
This can be useful if some parts of Nouveau try to calculate the time between two events. Without this patch, the time difference would be negative in the case where the computer is suspended/resumed between two events. This patch should fix fan speed probing when done while suspending/resuming. Solve this by saving the current time before suspending and by restoring it on resume. 2013-02-20drm/nouveau/fan: add toggle fan supportMartin Peres
v2: change percent from int to atomic_t v3: random fixes v4 (Ben Skeggs): - adapted for split-out fan-control "protocol" structure - removed need for timer resched - support for forcing 'toggle' control on PWM boards Signed-off-by: Ben Skeggs <bskeggs@redhat.com> Signed-off-by: Martin Peres <martin.peres@labri.fr>
2012-10-09drm/nouveau/timer: bump ptimer's alarm delay from u32 to u64Martin Peres
This is needed for automatic fan management where some delays can be over 0xffffffff ns. Signed-off-by: Martin Peres <martin.peres@labri.fr> Signed-off-by: Ben Skeggs <bskeggs@redhat.com>

2012-10-03drm/nouveau: implement module init functions in nouveau_drm.cBen Skeggs
These currently just call the existing ones in nouveau_drv.c, but will be extended in upcoming commits. This needed to be separated from the current code as there will be some header clashes until things are ported. Signed-off-by: Ben Skeggs <bskeggs@redhat.com>
2012-10-03drm/nouveau: restructure source tree, split core from drm implementationBen Skeggs
Future work will be headed in the way of separating the policy supplied by the nouveau drm module from the mechanisms provided by the driver core. There will be a couple of major classes (subdev, engine) of driver modules that have clearly defined tasks, and the further directory structure change is to reflect this. No code changes here whatsoever, aside from fixing up a couple of include file pathnames. Signed-off-by: Ben Skeggs <bskeggs@redhat.com>
